If you buy a certified from them it means warranty vallid anywhere in USA

 

For example certified Camry from Authorized toyota dealer means the warranty is good anywhere in USA.

 

If you buy a Mazda car from toyota dealer the warranty comes with mazda only valid at the dealer where you bought mazda even it is certified.

 

certifying car is nothing but a making sure every thing near to factory condition like tire tread should be 90% or more.

 

 

 

2)Private dealers.

 

you or anybody can start dealership and can sell variety of used cars only.

 

this warranty is valid only at the dealer where you bought.
