extension 20 months approved from october,2014 onwards ....as client letter given with 20 months project end date ...$4000 paid for employer

next time naa i140 base chesi 3 year approval kodadam ani maa employer telling....can i get 3 years approval basing on i140....like do i need to submit client letter again while filing h1b based on GC process ?

Once my employer told me that USCIS is one of the few federal agencies that is cash rich and gives back money to the federal government and the US govt wants to keep it that way because it is their cash cow and immigrants cannot complain about the high fees as they have no voting rights...
