can a degree graduate can apply for MS?

guys can anyone plz tell me that my frnd has finished his degree nd he wants to apply for MS but the problem is hez having 15 years of study,since 10 years schooling,2 years high schooling and 3 years degree...can it b possible for doing MS...can anyone plz help me...answering this...

Some schools(low profile) accepts but they will have a lot of pre-req subjects its better for him to do one year of masters in india thats wat one guy did and graduated in my univ, he just got around 2 pre-req that to for changing his major.

4yrs of degree is needed, otherwise as master123 said alot of pre-reqs will be given, they will give most of the b.tech courses n tht too depends on univ n shd spend alot of money, better to do one more yr in Ind......

4 year degree is defintely required...because to do M.S  Btech/B.E is mandatory... Pre req's have to be done when u changing the department(diff from what u have done in b.tech)....

What does degree does ur friend have...BSC...kind of degree might need lot of prereq's sometime it might even not been enuff to get admission.... i am telling this becoz i have seen a guy who has done MSC in india and applied for Phd...he was asked to M.S in US and then take Ph.d...

its upto ur friend to decide... he may get admission in some low profile schools like...

1. univ of findlay - ohio

2. univ of northern virginia

3. International technological univ - california

4. stratford univ - virginia

he will get admission for MS in computer science or watever... u dont need to study any pre req's for these univ's... ask him to have GRE and Toefl scores... good scores will fetch him in visa... all d best...

I dont hav any tie up with the above univ... it was jus info which i know...
