oka doubt mams.. Maa colleague ( Indian MNC) ki last year Lottery lo H1 pick ayindhi.. after 7 months ki Stamping ayindhi.. But still inka US ki travel plans vadiki maa Company vallu cheppatledhu.. So he's planning to change company... India lo inko MNC ki veedu trying.. so new company vadiki H1 transfer cheste Malli restamping ki vellala?? Or He can just travel with US Appointment letter of New Company???

ideally he should go for stamping again. If at all he doesnt, and travels to usa there is a probability of him being sent back. Never know, he might get lucky.

Valid visa unte US lo enter avachchu...but kottha comp dwara vachchina  I-797 A undali....

same situation lo unna kontha mandini venakki pampesaru...luck also favors...risk enduku anukunte malli stamping ki velladam better...
