Mila Posted July 25, 2014 Report Posted July 25, 2014 Parents are still shell shocked. Many woke up early hours this morning to cook and prepare lunch boxes and get their wards ready. Empty spaces at home reminded of the ghastly happenings of 24 hours before. But hardly 24 hours since the gory accident another faux pau, this time by authorities and the police has brought the incident to fore front again. The police had to exhume the body of a school child killed in yesterdays school bus - Passenger train collision on ground of mistaken identity The police had handed over the body of Dattu in place of Darshan Goud declaring him as to laters parents for burial and told Dattu parents that their ward was injured but alive. The mistake was corrected by the boy himself (tagged as Dattu) who woke up this morning and clarified that he was not Dattu but Darshan bringing joy to parents Darshan (who had been buried last evening) but sorrow to Dattu's parents who were in hospital. The school boy who was in Yashoda Hospital and treated for right lung contusion and named and tagged as Dattu (alias Darshan) came out of coma today and informed the doctors that his real name was Darshan Goud. The reel life drama caused by the flip flop attitude of hospital and the authorities caused a commotion in the Yashoda Hospital The parents of Darshan were elated at the good news of of their boy being alive, but parents of Dattu were crestfallen. They had also lost their daughter, Bhuvana elder sister of Dattu in the same accident. 'Today is Dattus's 6th birthday' said Dattu's father tears rolling down. - See more at: http://www.gulte.com/news/28918/Day-after-school-bus-tragedy-Mistaken-identity-surfaces#sthash.aDdoR68w.dpuf
chinthakayalaravi Posted July 25, 2014 Report Posted July 25, 2014 Gulte gaadu story ni emaina marchesada.. Dont blame the authorities with everything.. The childs face was very disfigured and therefore the parents thought it was their son.. Asalu post kinda vesa chudu.. Hyderabad: Informed that their young son was among the 14 children who had died after a train hit their school bus, Darshan Goud's parents were handed his body in Telangana.Swamy Goud and his wife then cremated their boy. Today, however, on their son's seventh birthday, they were informed that their son is alive and had named his father after recovering consciousness at a local hospital."I was told my son had died and after that I went to different hospitals searching for my son. I reached a private hospital and saw some bodies of school children.I fainted and could not recognise a body that was shown to me as the face of the body was disfigured. Assuming that it was my son's body, I took it and performed the last rites," Mr Goud said. "Swamy Goud could not make out his son's body and took another instead. The mistake has been rectified now," Telangana Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao told reporters. The body that Mr Goud claimed and cremated belonged to another family whose son and daughter were both killed in the accident that took place at an unmanned rail crossing in the Medak district of the state, 70 kms from the capital of Hyderabad. That family thought that their daughter had died in the accident, but that their son was being treated for injuries in hospital. It is now grappling with a new unspeakable instalment of tragedy.
