We have no quarrel either with the vegetarian or non-vegetarian, because according to Bhagavad-gita both of them are sinful. Anyone who is not eating Krishna Prasadam, either vegetarian or non-vegetarian, he is a sinful person. That is stated in the Bhagavad-gita, Bhunjante Te Agham Papam Ye Pachyante Atmakaramak. Anyone who is cooking for himself, he is eating simply volumes of sin. So in the material world, either a man is vegetarian or non-vegetarian, they're eating simply sin, and they will have to suffer the consequence. But so far we are concerned, we are eating remnants of foodstuff which was offered to Krishna, so we are not afraid of anything. If Krishna wants vegetable foodstuff, therefore we supply Him vegetable foodstuff, and if He wants non-vegetarian foodstuff, we can offer Him also, but He does not want it, as it is explicitly stated in the Bhagavad-gita. So we are concerned with Krishna Prasadam, neither vegetarian or non-vegetarian.

ps: as i asserted earlier if u have religious pref u follow it, to stop ppl from chopping cow is violating their human right.if u are concerned with life slaughter then there are lots of things which u shud not have done at all including living in modern man made structures and wearing clothes as these are done by deforestation- killing of trees(life form and its proved that trees have emotions),clothes and food , so ur very breathe depends up on one life form slaughter so how can you just stick with one life form slaughter as sin because some one preached it in a religion?

hinduism is a way of living it is not a religion peaceful way of living that doesnt conflict with nature or any other living forms. In this modern world its been set up to be near impossible to live that way so deal with it as the very things u use to power they run on is run by the very sin u feel right now about cow slaughter.
