AP Major Irrigation minister Devineni Umamaheshwar Rao has faulted Opposition leader and YSRCP president YS Jagnamohan Reddy for giving call to burn CM Chandrababu Naidu's effigies. He alleged that Jagan's faction mentality is behind his call. Devineni alleged that Jagan fears that if loan-waiver is successful, his party will lose MLAs to the ruling party. Devineni took part in a 'Badi pilustondi' programme at Gollapudi village in Krishna district.
