may be.....if its 2 on 2.....5 on 5 aadithe emundadhu....mostly vb is not a tiring sport .... just like cricket

Play Tennis dude. Start with 30mins for 1st week, move on to 1hr in the 2week and depending on how your body takes hit 2hrs in 3rd or 4th week. If you really want to burn fat play singles. You will see amazing results in less then 2months, one of my friend lost 50pounds in 6months.

volley ball antha intense undadu aemo ani naa feeling...try sumthing like tennis,swimming etc.

 

alcohol consume chaesina heart beat peruguthadi..but thats different tho.
