DCU lo teskovadam best. You may get it at 3-4% APR. If you have more than 700 you may get it at 1.5% APR.

Go with DCU.

DCU is good. I think you will get for 2%, which is nothing. I got for 1.75 and mine was just few points higher than yours when I applied.
