In the month of September 2013 you have approached my client and introduced yourself as agent and that you would introduce many Tollywood Film Personalites to my client. By verbally on several ph calls you have offered following service to my Client.

 

1. ALL SERVICES BY ACTRESS MADHURIMA

 

2. 69 SERVICES BY SRI LEKA REDDY

 

3 .BEHIND THE SCENES VIDEO SHOOT OF NAMITHA

 

That you have further agreed that your commission charges would be 2% of the actual sum paid to the above mentioned services

 

My Client has paid total amount of Rs : 32,22,488 in advance. You have misused and misappropriated that said amount. The above actress are held at your disclosure

 

Having my Client contacted you in Feb 2014 you have agreed to return the said amount within 3 months as you are having Piles and financial problems.

 

Covered by the aforementioned above matter within 15 days from date of reciept of this notice failing which my Client would be constrained to take appropriate Legal Acton against you responsible for all the costs and consequences arising thereof.
