my deit like morning plain oats with water and curry

 

after fruit salad

 

night 4 days chapathi's and 3 days white rice

 

i should think for 3 days rice chnage to brown rice ?

White Rice kanna Brown better!!!!!!!! U ill get brown soonamosri... It doesn't tast that good with dry curries make sure u eat with dal, sambar or some gravy :D

Anyday chpathi has less calories but instant chapathi aite waste bcoz it vl have oil in it...so either opika unte chapathi chesko...ledante limited quantitylo brown rice tinu

both are heavy in calories

lol...heavy in calaories compared to wht?..chapathi shuld be swapped by pulkas
