Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has received an invitation to attend a meeting to be organised by the alumni of an IIM in Singapore.

Rao would attend the event on August 22-23 as a guest and address the ex-students of the IIM working in different countries, an official release said.

Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and President S R Nathan would also attend the event, the release said.

Rao would stay in Singapore for two-three days and study the industrial policy of the country, it said.

He would explain the ambitious industrial policy to be announced by the Telangana government by then, it added.
