Is it ok to apply for H4 if my H1 is approved with the help of the approved  receipt  sending to my wife in India. Nenu murthy's and konnni sites lo chusina 90 days mundu i mean before 90 days of start date of H1 October 1st we can apply for H4 and September 20th nundi travel cheyochu US ki ani . Idi entha varaku correct bhayya any one face this situation please let me know information on the same.
