Andhra Pradesh minister for social welfare, Ravela Kishore babu said that their government would challenge the FAST scheme G.O., issued by the Telangana government, today. Kishore Babu talked to media today in Hyderabad. He said that according to the G.O., children of the parents, who had been in Hyderabad prior to 1956, were only eligible for the scholarships. He alleged that this G.O. was against the spirit of Federal system. He said that the government had already consulted the Advocate General.
