The AP Agriculture Minister Pattipati Pulla Rao stated that the RBI is not willing to reschedule the loans and clarified that the Government is ready to waive off the farm loans up to one lakh even if the RBI doesn't agree for the rescheduling of the loans . He added that the Government is exploring other options to repay the banks and implement the farm loan waiver as soon as possible . He stated that the RBI is not in a position to give a clarity on the rescheduling on loans according to the Government's requisition of rescheduling citing cyclones and droughts .
