theres a log file. its big. we dont care about size. it has number of entries init. i dont want to tail the last lines or head the first few .. what i need is i need specific timestamp/timeframe ( need outpput for a specific 10 mins ...01:00:00-01:10:00)

i have tried cat abc.log|grep 01:00 .. this only gives me entries for 01:00 .. it doesnt give me the following ones .. how do i get all the entries from 01:00:00- 01:10:00 ... (if i have to do a cat|grep changing 01:00:00 -01:10:00).. then i have to do it 10 *60 seconds 600 times.. then collect 600 outputs).. which is tedious...

I dont want a script .. I need a command .. it can be cat, grep or sort awk ... combos.. in linux. please..

timestamp.. i meant... i need selective timeframe within that huge chunk of log.. (i.e ) for example if the log has entries frm 00:00:00 to 23:59:59

I dont want all.. i need a selected time to be as a seperate output ( naaku 00:00:00 - 00:10:00) kaavali anuko .. andullone chaala entries unnai..

btw the log file has selective date...scripts kaakunda.. linux lo run chese commands kaavali to get this
