AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has decided to wait for Cabinet meeting on the proposal to hike land values and registration charges. Chandrababu is on a rethink over hiking the land values in the state, as the move will affect people's thinking on registrations and it may also make land acquisitions difficult for any future effort, including the new capital. A file by the Revenue department that proposes a 30 percent hike in land values, has been signed by the Deputy CM and Revenue minister KE Krishnamurthi. But Chandrababu has now decided to take a view on it in the next Cabinet meeting.
