If there is a board "No Right on Red"   --->  Dont make turn on RED

 

If there is a Signal monitoring the traffic and see red arrow for right turn ---> Dont make a right on ARROW

 

If there is no signs or arrow --> U can make Right on RED with Stop and go...  (Complete Stop)   or Yeild first

(d) An operator of a vehicle facing only a steady red signal shall stop at a clearly marked stop line.
