Courts observed that such illegal noise factories are a nuisance and make life difficult for the residents nearby. This is especially worse in case of silence zones like hospitals and such. Thereby courts have asked the administration to confiscate all illegal loud speakers irrespective of where and to what religious body it belongs to. It has also asked good Samaritans to come forward against noise pollution. 
Isn't it good that courts in our country are run by logic and reason and not by votes?
