i gave my parents Ipad Air just wifi.. maa intlo wifi undhi..no need of any settings change.. everything is 802.11G over world..  nuvvu ichevallu tech savvy aa intlo wifi undha?  otherwise 3G tablet ivvadam better SIM veskovadam easy chala mandiki

NOPE .. just connect to your home wifi it works..

 

FYI  for 3G/4G spectrums are different over the world but WIFI is same all over world  802.11G

restore chesi , startup screen lo select country as India and india lo already vaaduthunna apple ID tho register cheyyi......no other settings apart frm that...okavela zone change cheyyakapothe anni imperial system lo kanipisthay ( like miles,pounds,gallons instead of km,kg and litres)
