but quit rice koncham kashtam...appudapdu aina thinaali,,,,,endukante adi mana telugolla natural food....vadileyatam kashtam...

 

kavalante chacchipotha gani rice N sambar thinakundaa nenu undalenu...sugar vacchina BP vacchina nen matram avi thintaanu

workout and cardio 5 days a week... and maintain ur diet ( this is the most important part ) ... it may seem to be tough initially..but u'll get used to the routine very soon

Replace all fat food with juice man that's it .. Reduce milk consumption too if you do desk job .. Eat more veggies less carbohydrate that's it .. Eat good oat break fast with little whey protien
