First Apply in India. because they will ask you to send you the  recent credit report and everything  from US.

 

So when you are applying in india, its better not to have any loans or high balances in US.

 

Once it is approved.

 

Now apply in US.  US vadiki, India tho sambandam ledu... nee score and history bagunte ichesthadu... they dont check india background..
