Now after 10 months collection agency mail ochindi. For the same amount. Credit score chooste pedda hole. Spoke to rental agency they said they dont have any dues on my account. About to talk to collection agency. If collection agency says they cannot fix my credit score, can I do anything about it? Please help!

I spoke with them, they said they would need a letter from rental agency and they assured that they will erase it from the history completely. Meanwhile, my rental agency will take a day or two to provide me with a letter so it will be taken care of, hopefully! Can you pm me the letter format, please?
