Need Help To Transfer Money

Hi All,

 

I am in hyderabad. I want to send 15k to my friend in doha. Little urgent. Western union can receive but cant send anta.. SO if anyone form USA or UK can send to qatar (doha) i will transfer that amount to any india account here in india or give in hand. 

 

Please koncham urgent. Help
