1. Ball thisukuni crunches cheyi...Backwards ekkuva stretch chey, front full crunches akkarledhu

2. Inclined bench crunches are effective. Left, straight, right crunches chey. sides shape avuthadhi

3. Cardio atleast 7-9 speed

 

Double aytha

1 and 3 will be same

2. Chinna ball thisukuni random ga throw chey manu and nuvvu catch chey. Its fun and more effective

the best exercise from my expereience....

lie down on ur back...
just replicate a cycling phenomenon with ur legs you will feel ur abs for 1 or 2 reps of 12 or 15

make daily exercise or yoga and low calorie food intake a part of your daily routine..slow gaa automatic gaa thaggipothav and malli peragavu...

 

i know, daily no rice and low oil food ante jeevitham meedha virakthi vasthadhi..only occasions or once in a while thinte emi kadhu
