Hi Friends, I am working for an Employer A and has 2-3 years experience prior which only qualifies to EB-3. 

now employer is willing to apply in EB-3 (i do have masters degree) but after 4-5 years with the same employer, i might get promoted to a Architect position which will qualify for EB-2 position. will this 4-5 years with same employer before moving to architect position counts towards my total experience?

ikkada reality enti ante eb3 or eb2 ani decide chesedhi nee i-140 but initial ga neeku approved labor undali(this is when the job requirements come into place)....so mee vadu flexible aithe or edhanna manchi experienced lawyer unte they know how to do the math......and design the job requirement.......eb2 kuda vatti masters paniki radhu....nowadays they are asking for experience letters with "certain skillset"

Ledu man. You can port to eb2 same employer. Lot of my frnds did. After u build experience you can move to diff positions and aplly eb2
