UK work visa (tier-2) one year ki ippinchadu bhayya maa employer gaadu... one year aipovastundi now... so UK lo ne undi renewal possible or should I go back to India for renewal?

Mee employer gaadu , malli sponsor letter isthe, u can apply from UK , no need to go to India (if in case mee employer gaadu , letter iivakapoyina, u can legally stay until 60 days after u r expiry date, to find some other sponsor ) mee employer gadini adugu ,

TIER 2 lo a category ? If TIER 2 ICT (Intra company transfer) then what is your type ? Short Term or Long Term. 40 K and less pay will be Short visa.. 40 K and more will be Long term.. some times ppl will have 40 plus k and still be on Short term visa.. After 1 yr.. u have to go to India and get the Renewal its compulsory if u are on Short Term visa....... Long term ithe u can complete the process with in UK itself.. If your visa is TIER 2 genearl.. I dont think u need to go India.. btw which company are you working for... ?
