Since your company hired people who require approvals to work in usa, your company needs to enrol in e-verifed program which gives the company access to DHS website to get all the necessary information of newly hired persons and maintain legal work force.

Exisitng employees ki avasaram ledhu.. it applies only to new employees hired after the company gets everified.
