H4 To F1 Status

Hi

I m currently in US on h4 visa, I got i20 from univ,
Could you let me know the process to apply for F1 visa.
Also could you let me know documents required.

you can apply for change of status from h4 to F1 using form I-539.  Mean while u can attend classes on H4 while the status is processing. U shud be getting a decision in 2 to 3 months.
