Could you let me know the process to apply for F1 visa.
Also could you let me know documents required.

ur spouse's visa, paystubs(recent 6months), w2's

apply on ur own by sending the applciation and support docs...max 2-3 months lo neku approval vastundi or even faster...

procedure to apply I-536 COS to F-1
1. login to ELIS
2. create account (take screenshots of passwords and security answers)
3. create an application for non immigrant visa or F1 visa
4. green card - no,
address(india addr), educational details, work details,
5. I-94 passport (sponsor and applicant)
I-134, employee verification letter that he is working for the company
(grey scale setting scan of forms)
I-797, tax returns(W2)
