H1B And H4 Stamping -Chennai

Guys need help in understanding process for H1B and H4 stamping in Chennai.

 

Do we need to fill 2 separate DS-160?

 

How do we make sure we both go at the same time to Stamping. Can we link DS-160's before applying for Stamping Dates??
