Kamala Beniwal Has Been Sacked For Gross Misuse Of Gujarat Governor’S

Kamala Beniwal has been sacked (from post of Mizoram Governor) for gross misuse of Gujarat Governor’s office during her tenure from 2009 to 2014. 

Here are a few highlights of her past tenures:
1) Swanky jet trips to her home town costing around Rs 1.5 crore, termed as 'official visits'

2) Involved in massive corruption in past as Minister of Urban Development in the Congress Government in Rajasthan and Chairman of the Jaipur Development Authority

3) Criticised for corrupt practices by not only the Rajasthan Lokayukta, but even the Supreme Court of India

4) When she was appointed Governor of Gujarat during UPA rule, she unilaterally appointed a Lokayukta (which the Supreme Court criticised) and also kept stalling Bills legitimately passed by the Gujarat Assembly

5) Involved in corrupt favoritism in Rajasthan (As the Supreme Court observed in a 1996 Judgement, in some instances, a person whose land of 500 square yards was acquired was 'compensated' with allotment of 2,000 square yards)

6) Made some shocking exaggerations to claim prime agricultural land 

7) Despite being the Gujarat Governor, Beniwal participated in executive body meetings of KSKSSL, signed minutes books and passed various illegal resolutions 

8) Involved in mishandling of funds as Revenue Minister in Rajasthan Government.

9) Accused in the 1000 crore Jaipur Development Authority land scam. She was allocated expensive land at low prices on the basis of false affidavits and documents 

10) Despite numerous corruption charges, no lokayukta was able to take any legal action against her.

Congress thinks this firing is political vendetta... as if we should care what those corrupt Congress cronies think.
