I have a question regarding property purchase in India. Found a plot in a residential development in Vizag that i would like to buy. Question i have is while doing registration should i buy it in my name and put my father or mother as secondary or do the reverse that is buy it on mother's or father's name and put myself as secondary. Which option would be more convenient if i decide to sell it after some time? As I'm here in the US, na peru meedha konukkuntein evaiyna problems avuthaya?

Any suggestions or advice please :)

if its not agri land and its coverted( as you said its residential,it should be) - then better to get registered in your name

You can send reqd documentation from overseas and they can register on your name

Better do it on your parents name. Nuvvu suppose ikkada settle aithe okavela future lo plot ammithe aa money ikkadiki teesukuralevu. Ade mee parents meeda cheste that will be yours as heridetory property. Appudu if u sell then you can bring that money back

missionxp- Never thought about this. Father has a pension to show after he recently retired from the services. But yes having additional property on either of their name is helpful.
