The Home Minister of India Rajnath Singh clarified to the objections raised by TRS MP K Kesava Rao in the Rajyasabha . Rajnath clarified that the center doesn't interfere in the rights of the states and would only safeguard and strengthen their rights and added that they they are just giving an advisory on the Governor's role according to the section 8 of the AP reorganisation act . Rajnath tried to soften the criticism against his Government through his clarification .
