maya nuvvu belly ki body excersices, leg exercises anni oka roje ela chestav? and more over nuvvu cardio 2 days ki oka sare cheyyali...nuvvu ila body meeda excess strees and istam vacchi nattu heavy ga work out cheste muscles kuda dissolve ipotai fat tho patu...just be careful and work out accordingly

Bottom line no rice...it has heavy carb's...

 

 

GP..... correction heavy sugars.... carbs you need  it when you do some physical activity...

nenu last week nunchiii start chesaaa just cardio.... no more muscle training  aug 5th till sept 5th 160 Miles target....
