any schedule chest and belly mix cheyaru...If they do, nuvvu ni limit lone workout chesthav

 

You can mix cardio with anything. 

 

Edit: I do crunches on a chest, shoulder day...But chest and belly day ani em undadhu...

 

Na trainer prakaram chepputhuna...may be there are others who do that way...

What a timely post bayya., Nenu ninnati nundi Gym ki going..., Strong ga fix ayya, ee belly fat tagginchali ani., whose father no listen inka. Thanks bayya., Nenu health and nutrition gurinchi chushtunna, Naku emayina interesting topics kanipishte post chestha.

 

Alage first page or nee first post lo edit chesi andari suggestions akkkada veyava, so that we dont hv to go thru all the pages to see the suggenstions when we need them.

 

Evvani nenu 1 month nundi follow avutunnanu.....No comedies please...oka 10 pounds tagga belli kuda sagam taggindi...meku istam unte follow kandi...

 

Morning :drink honey with lemon

oat meal(breakfast)

Afternoon:subway(6 inch wheat bread with chicken...cucumber...lettuce ...tomato's..avocado)...no cheese.

evening...snaks....sunflower seeds ...and...gummadikaya seeds....dry fruits

 

After coming home ....5 boiled eggs....only egg white...and i drink protein powder....and...2 hr gym...

night ...green smoothie(google it for the ingredients)

Weekend...chipotle...(ask them to add brown rice instead regular...)

 

Bottom line no rice...it has heavy carb's...

what ever said above is with my personal experience

gym Guide lines

1 st half an hour warmup exercises..

1a)leg raise....3 sets 15 each

1b)push ups....3 sets 15 each

1c)Planking..3 sets 15 each

1d)sit ups...3 sets..15 each

1e)bench press(3sets 15 each)

1f)Jumping jack's (three sets )

GM Diet work out avvaledhu bayya., i hv tried 2 pounds., and 2nd day is the hardest part. anni vegitables ee tinali., max 2-3 pounds tagga anthe. malli next week increase ayipoya. so unless gym ki velthe tappa. we cant reduce.
