Morning oka thread lo chusanu Morning :drink honey with lemon oat meal(breakfast) Afternoon:subway(6 inch wheat bread with chicken...cucumber...lettuce ...tomato's..avocado)...no cheese. evening...snaks....sunflower seeds ...and...gummadikaya seeds....dry fruits After coming home ....5 boiled eggs....only egg white...and i drink protein powder....and...2 hr gym... night ...green smoothie(google it for the ingredients) Weekend...chipotle...(ask them to add brown rice instead regular...)
