Asking For Client Letter Before Joining For Cos Filing?

Maa wife ki H1 approve ayyindi..kaani inka I94 raledu.. COS apply cheyali for H4 to H1.

 

 

We are looking for client letter for that to apply for COS..

 

She is receiving calls but just want to know can we ask for client letter saying i need client letter and i can join in two weeks..

 

Her consultant is saying get client letter we can file in premium and you can join after two weeks..

 

Any idea if this would work??

ok..we applied H1 while she was in India..and while it is in the process she travelled here on H4. H1 apply chesinappudu tanaku I94 lekunde.. clear now???
