YS Jagan's corruption comes to light

It is an open secret that the late YS Rajasekhar Reddy encouraged many shady deals. Just before YSR became the CM, his total property was just in few crores. Now the Bharati cements owned by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is being sold for (hold your breath) 2500 crores!!!!!

And YS Jagan's share in the company is more than 69% which amounts to around 1800 crores. The valuation of the company came to light today when the French company 'Vicat' offered 2500 crores (500 million dollars) for buying out the company.

And if YS Jagan's one company is worth this much, then god knows how much all his other dubious companies are really worth.

An investment banking source said a deal, to be priced around $200 per tonne, is likely to be sealed in the next few weeks. At Bharathi’s current capacity of 2.5 million tonnes, the deal could cost $500 million.

The promoters of another Hyderabad-based cement company, which already is an ally of Vicat, is said to be mediating the deal. Bharathi and Vicat could not be reached for comments.

Bharathi is promoted by Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, a Member of Parliament from Kadapa and son of former Andhra Pradesh chief minister Late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.

YS Jagan needs to explain on how he got so much money. Will he explain it or as usual blame the opposition for targeting him?
