sepoy Posted August 14, 2014 Author Report Posted August 14, 2014 sare bhayya...lands meda property meda petaav.....ok value perugatha vasthadi......ade oka asset laa vuntadhi......will it pay bills??......u need to have ongoing income to meet ur monthly needs.....FD's will cater to monthly needs.....if people cant survive on 1.6 lakhs per month is some town.....I wonder how come people survive with 60k to 70k in a city....if you living on pay check to paycheck barely meeting expenses then inflation gurunchi alochinchochu...ayina how bad can it get??...anduloonu each year FD interest return kooda peragochu ( initialFD+some part of interest )....its cumulative.....may be next year you may get 1.8 lakhs per month.....after few years 2 lakhs per month ( $4000 )......with no stress of job or mortagage ( assuming u already own a house)....u can also invest if you wish........FD is just one way,but nakayethe it makes more sense of getting on-going income....
