simple technique to loose weight faster

 

i have had seen multiple threads about loosing weight they are awesome 

along with those please follow these techniques, i have seen changes and it worked for me hope it works for you too

 

1. Bhaya  something like this water bottles with straws(put a link below just reference), buy a big1, fill with more ice and drink the whole bottle of that ice water atleast three times a day. YOU MIGHT HAVE TO SEE THE RESTROOM A LOT MORE TIMES THAN THE NORMAL. but is seriously works

2. Stop Soda, not just the regular soda, DIET SODA TOOOO, yes we are used to soda then buy sparkling water(normal goli soda).....get used to that
