you better get you PERM & 140 applied with your employer man .. two things

1), you can never expect dates to be current by end of you 6th(as per what you said above)

2) FT jobs looo konchamu rish vuntundhi .. like layoffs if ever that happen atleast you will be safe with your priority date and your extension.

 

since both are on H1, evariki ainaa ee PERM process work out avakapothee you will have to go out of US for atleast one year .. moving to H4 or F1 will not work ..

 

Labor + 140(in PP) kii  at most 6k avuthundhi .. some employers charge less for LABOR ads.
