Attorney emo 90 days tarvathey initiate chestamani cheppadu. Nenu attorney ni adiga what will be the complications if my current emp cancels my I-140 ani. Vademo andarni CC lo petti, Did your employer said he will cancel if cancelling then is it Revoke/Withdraw ani adugutunnadu.Lawyer ki em cheppalo naaku artham kavatledy...Jara help me pls

revoke ki withdraw ki chala teda undhi.....example who can revoke ur petition? those who approve ...so its obvious uscis is the party that has the right to revoke...u r employer can only withdraw the petition which will not void ur pd....

 

 

ps:i dont know if we need to stayt for 6 months after approval...or if not that automatically cancels ur pd....
