Telangana Chief Minister KCR has paid rich tributes to India's Independence tradition while highlighting the greatness of Golconda fort. The Chief Minsiter said the decision to hoist national flag on Independence Days due to its primacy in the history and culture of Telangana. He aid Bonalu festival was started from Golconda fort only. He said Devotee of Rama, Bhakta Ramadasu wrote his keerthans while detained in this fort. He declared that the land disttribution of three acres to Dalits will be started form the Fort.
