A lot is said and still a lot is spoken about traffic discipline. But in a country of billion plus, enforcing law is an uphill task. A traffic cop was dragged on the car bonnet by a speeding car driver in Chandigarh and the traffic police clutched onto the bonnet for 25 long minutes! The car driver run amok despite being stopped by the traffic police and refused to stop the car. The traffic cop climbed onto the bonnet, the car being a big, luxury car. At last, a PCR van stopped the car and the brave cop's name was Anil Kumar.
