First Hosipatl, Insurance ki bill estadi. kavlani ekkuva bill estharu hosipatal.  aithe insuranace antha kadu intha ani chepthadi( oka resonable amount). den , insuance comp will check if have deducitble. if you have deductible and u didnt meet decucitble for that year. then your insuance company will send postal mail saying. this is your resposnibitly bill and second time hospital will send a bill to u directly. The amount on this second bill sent by hostpial will be the amount agreed by insuance company.

From what I know....

Thanu nee dependent kabbati..insurance needhe kabbati -- you are responsible. Nuvu hospital 1st time vellinapudu..you have to do lot of paper work andulo.you agree that you are financially responsible for payments. Collections ki nee details aye provide chestharu hospital vallu..

60 days aye collections?? ..naku telisi 90 days wait chestharu but hospital to hospital ki differ avachu..

Bill -- insurance and hospital tie up untundhi on how much they can charge and daani batti they will bill and if any issues, they will deal...but hospital vallu nee bill mail chestharu saying hie much is the total and how insurence is responsible and your part...they can refund or ask payment depending on how insurance paid..anni hospitals illage cheyali anni ledhu but it is more of a standard..
