that means he targeted only one class of people while YSR targeted major class of people. CBN developed only hyderabad in his reign but YSR implemented many developmental schemes(though there are many issues but atleast a major percentage of them got benefits) to the lower class people.

I am a Fan of YSR also...... But his developmental schemes are a disaster for development, Even recent central government directed A.P government to discontinue all the free welfare programs that were implemented by YSR......

Free 10 hours electricity asala enduku??? when there is no enough electricity to produce in A.P because of lack of funds..... Farmers ki 24 hours electricity iste chalu Free avasaram ledu.......

Had there been no Chiranjeevi PRP last elections CBN would have stormed back to power......... YSR won because all the opposition votes have been divided by Chiranjeevi (17.5% of total votes).
