According to Spriritual Masters 

 

1. Our Spirit is covered of 3 kosaas or Layers (physical, astral, casual bodies) 

 

2. Unless these 3 layers are removed no one can relaize the utimate reality of GOD. Chakras are relasted to astral and casual bodes 

 

3. GOD used 37 aspects to create astral body out of which 19 are used for physical body. 

 

3. The intention of creation is to make all souls experince all the yogas and make them complete before realizing GOD 

 

4. Physical Universe made of all what we see, starts, planets etc, whic can be perceived by Physical body 

 

5. Astral universe is much bigger than physical (like a big cucumber versus small peanut). Physical is attached to the bottom of Atral 

 

6. Astral is with many layers and lokas 

 

7. Astral body does have sense of pleasure, pain to experince the results of karma in both physical and astral worlds 

 

8. When physical perishers, immediately normal soul makes astral body reach special pockets of astral world (after spending in physical realm for some time). Depends on thier deeds need to experince the results in astral world pockets like yama loka, deva loka etc. 

 

9. People who does horrible deeds in physical world, thier souls with thrie astral and causal bodies will be qurentines in horrible hell for longer times 

 

10. Some elevated sould continue thier jounrey of living with thier astral bodies in the higher planes of astral world 

 

11. Normal sould after experincing results of thier deeds come back to physical in any form based on thier karms 

 

12. astral body resembels the last physical human form , where one can meet all his family, friends, enemies , other people 

 

13. Highly evlved souls are sent to physical, astral worlds to educate and evevate souls to casual level. These sould can travel thru these worlds like zip and form thier bodies. 

 

14. the soul also experince death like aspect in astral world. Once it attains sufficient spiritual stadard, it is ready to leave astral world and move to casual 

 

15. From Casual , once it attains complete fulfillment, attains moksha, the union with almight, but maintains its indeitity.

 

16. all the people who are into desires will keep on making cyclical trips between physical and astral world.

I didn't see any liberated soul talking about the concept of astral world i.e., hell and heaven man. My understanding is attaining moksha itself is heaven and if you are stuck into the cycle of birth and death, then you are in hell.
