As long as employers dagara nundi letters unte... enni companies marina kani no problem kada.. ...em questions padav kada dani medha in particular ga??

once you get the exact answer, get in touch with your current employer and ask him the same quesion

once you get the answer from your employer.....try to get legal help from attorney (only if the above 2 don't have exact answer)
