I -485 depends on visa availability for I-485 old receipt date will get first priority rather than priority date.. so aa lekkana old application will be picked first and will be given available visa's andharidhi ayyaka if there are still available visas then you will get or else you have to wait for next fiscal year

Advance parole if you want to travel out of country visa lekapoina enter avvochu. 765 is work authorization just like an OPT EAD kakapothey if you want to change employer you have to file AC21 after 6 months and if ur I 485 is still pending. 485 is GC application, if you have dependents then you can add when you file I-485
